Wine with a strong personality due to its productuion process. Cold maceration in contact with the skins to extract maximum aromas from the grape variety.
Bright wine with intense pale yellow colour with green tones. Presents an intense and complex nose with aromas of fennel over a base of tropical fruit with pineapple and mango standing out. The entrance on the mouth is fresh with the fruit dominating. Balanced acidity and long finish.
Ideal with salads, fish and white meat.
