CLASSIC RANGE

CRIANZA (2009)

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and is directly followed by slow malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in mixed American and French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine spends a short time in bottle before being released to the market.

 

GRAPE VARIETY

Tempranillo 83% - Garnacha 15% - Mazuelo 2%

TASTING NOTE

Red garnet colour with a violet rim. On the nose reminders of fresh fruit such as strawberry, blackberry and cherry with touches of liquorice and notes of fine wood. On the mouth smooth and fruity. Fresh and well balanced with notes of chocolate and coffee.

SERVING TEMPERATURE 16º-18ºC

FOOD MATCHING

Ideal with red meats and pasta.
